Nor Daliya Mohd Daud joined Berjaya Mutual Berhad (“Berjaya Mutual”) in April 2025. She brings with her a proven track record of strategic leadership, innovative thinking, and deep expertise across the wealth management landscape. With a strong foundation in corporate solutions, retirement planning, wasiyah, hibah, and takaful, she is committed to driving the company’s vision forward—focusing on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation for stakeholders.

Her distinguished career spans senior leadership roles within the financial services industry, including CEO of Opus Islamic, General Manager at AIA Malaysia, and Director at Principal Asset Management. Daliya has successfully led transformative initiatives, built high-performing teams, and delivered consistent results. Among her industry recognitions are the Best Institutional Sales Award from Principal Financial Group and global acknowledgement in the Principal Classic Recognition Circle, alongside multiple leadership accolades from AIA Malaysia.

Daliya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (Honours) from Universiti Utara Malaysia and she is a Certified Islamic Financial Planner (IFP). At Berjaya Mutual, she leads with purpose, championing innovation, agility, and collaboration as the company positions itself for continued success in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.

Dahlia Mohd Razali joined Berjaya Mutual Berhad in November 2023. Prior to this, she was the Compliance Officer for Muamalat Invest Sdn Bhd for 5 years. Previously, she was the Compliance Officer for both MIDF Amanah Asset Management Berhad and MIDF Investment Bank Berhad for more than 10 years. She started her career with Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad as an Internal Auditor in October 1996.

She holds a Bachelor (Hons) in Business Administration, majoring in Finance from De Montfort University, United Kingdom in 1996. She also holds Advance Certification in AML/CFT from International Compliance Association. She has more than 25 years of working experience in capital market industry.

Dato’ Dr. Nazri Khan (DDNK) graduated with a Degree in Economics from University of Manchester and went on to secure a Masters and then PhD in the field of Management from Multimedia University. DDNK is also a Certified Member of the UK Society of Technical Analysts and is a Certified Financial Technician from USA-based International Federation of Technical Analysts. Coupled with his work experiences at MIMB Investment Bank Berhad as Principal Analyst, & Head of Retail Equity Research, Principal Financial Analyst, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad, he has accumulated substantial knowledge of the investment industry. He was also the Chief Investment Officer for Private Equity Boutique House of Widuri Capital Sdn Bhd and Principal Vice President at Phillip Capital Management Sdn. Bhd.DDNK has 10 years’ experience working as an academician. He has been in the stock market trading industry for more than 20 years and is currently the Founder and Fellow of Malaysian Association of Technical Analysts. He formerly sat as Fellow of YKPD (Yayasan Kajian dan Pembangunan DPMM), Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Malaysia, delivering talks on the economy and investment outlook for the Bumiputra community. He was also a weekly stock market commentator in local and foreign mainstream media including AstroAwani, Bloomberg TV and CNBC. In 2015 and 2016, he was nominated by Bursa Malaysia as the Top Stock Market Opinion Leader in the local stock market.
